Chana Place

Located in Cloverdale, this multi-unit commercial and industrial complex contains 11 different buildings

This incredibly busy complex has a constant flow of trucks, cars and pedestrians. Working around these obstacles was the biggest challenge. Scope of the project included:

• Washing of buildings and scraping loose and peeling coatings

• Repainting of concrete siding, bay doors, railings, rooftop access ladders and utility doors

• Removing and replacing of decals (unit numbers) and re-stenciling of the building numbers
