Hennessy House

A twelve story residential strata high rise located located in the Fairview area of Vancouver.

This project took a combination of bosun chair and swing stages to safely access all areas of the building. The scope of work included:

• Washing the exterior fascade and pre-treated algae and mildew with an environmentally safe cleaning solution

• Cutting out all of the existing sealant between brick and stucco siding and window frames, door frames and vents and replacing with new backer rod and urethane sealant

• Cutting out all horizontal sealant between brick siding, wire brushing the inset metal flashings and applying a rust converter
