This 219 unit low rise apartment complex consists of eight separate apartment buildings and a large amenity building located in Cloverdale.

This project included a lot of attention to detail due to its complex trim design. The scope of the project included:

• Washing the exterior trim and siding and pre-treating areas with moss and mildew.

• Painting of all wood trim including fascia, belly boards, frames, and decorative trim.

• Wood repairs to rotting trim and patching of roof vents using the Gaco Liquid Tape system
