Located in South Surrey near White Rock, this low rise apartment building contains 89 units

The enclosed courtyard and limited space made access a challange. Scope of the project included:

• Washing, scraping of failed coatings and targeted wood repairs

• Repainting of all wood trim, stucco, wood siding, cementitious siding and unit doors

• Re-staining of glue laminate beams
