An engineer-inspected project in North Richmond involving two apartment buildings with 229 units. The scope included extensive washing, cleaning, and sealing of brick surfaces, replacement of all window sealants, wood repairs, and painting of wood trim and rooftop cladding.

A comprehensive sealant replacement was required for this eight-story mid-rise building in downtown New Westminster. The crew expertly completed the project by using rope access techniques to efficiently replace window sealants in a high-traffic urban environment.

A 15-story building in North Vancouver with 56 units. The project involved replacing all window sealants, stucco repairs, and sealing the siding with a penetrating sealer. Bosun chairs were used for access, adhering to all WorkSafe BC safety standards.

A phased project completed over two years for this 89-unit apartment complex – the third Nova project on the same street! The scope included a full repaint of cementitious siding, wood trim, stucco, and exterior utility doors.

A 96-unit complex near the Fraser River in South Vancouver, featuring two large apartment buildings and townhouses. The project involved detailed preparation and repainting of siding, wood trim, and metal accents, overcoming unique access challenges with expert solutions.

A large 171-unit townhouse complex in Langley's Yorkson Creek area. The project required extensive wood repairs and replacements, with the in-house carpentry team helping to reduce costs for the strata. The scope included a full repaint of trim, pillars, and door frames.

A sealant replacement project for a 113-unit complex in Richmond. The scope included the complete removal and replacement of vertical window, sliding door, and door sealants using a durable polyurethane sealant. Access was achieved through a combination of lifts and ladders.

A comprehensive exterior project for a 134-unit complex in Burnaby. The scope included washing, preparation, and painting of roofline fascia trims, decorative trims, wood and cementitious siding, wood soffits, utility and balcony doors, stairwell pergolas, and steel awnings. The project also involved removing and replacing vertical sealants around all windows and sliding doors.

A 36-unit complex in White Rock. The project involved thorough washing and treatment to eliminate surface algae and mold, followed by painting the exterior stucco siding. The customer was so pleased with the results that they invited us back to repaint their fencing.

A large-scale joint project for two neighboring buildings (separate stratas) in Port Coquitlam, comprising a total of 118 units. The project involved painting and brick sealant work with complex access managed through large lifts, ladders, and traffic control to partially close a busy street. Our experienced project managers expertly coordinated logistics to ensure a smooth and successful outcome.

A 71-unit townhouse complex in Langley. The project involved washing, preparation, and painting of various exterior elements, including roofline fascia boards, gable trims, decorative trims, vertical posts, horizontal wood beams, utility doors, balcony fascia boards, cementitious siding, belly boards, window and door trims, and wood shakes.

A commercial painting project in Burnaby for Triovest. The scope included washing, preparation, and painting of concrete siding, overhead doors, dock leveler exterior faces, metal awnings and supports, metal beams, man doors and frames, bollards, railings, I-beams, and the roof access ladder.

This project involved extensive wood repairs by our in-house carpentry team to ensure a solid foundation for painting. We repainted all wood elements throughout the buildings and replaced all window sealant across the complex. The strata opted for a colour update, and to assist with the process, we covered the cost of a third-party colour consultation, making the transition smooth and well-informed. The final result modernized and refreshed the appearance of the strata complex.

This older community required a significant refresh. We repainted all wood and stucco siding, along with trim, fascia, and privacy fencing, giving the strata complex a much-needed facelift. Logistical challenges arose due to individually owned carports, but our project manager navigated these seamlessly, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. The end result brought new life to the property while maintaining its character and charm.
