This townhouse painting project involved a full wash and all required surface preparation. Scope included: 

• Extensive wood repairs of trim throughout the complex.

• Preparation and painting of wood trim, frames, utility doors, suite doors and railings.

• Preparation and painting of lamp standards and sign posts.
