Evergreen Terrace

This subsidized housing complex consists of 144 townhouse unit, 4 apartment buildings and an amenities building located in Victoria.

This complex included a full repaint and color change on all of the buildings. Careful coordination and frequent communication with the BC Housing representatives and the residents was key to completing the project on schedule and with minimal disruptions. The scope of work included:

• Painting of the stucco and brick siding

• Preparation and painting of the entry and utility doors

• Replacing and re-application of failed caulking
