Muirfield Gardens

Located in South Surrey, the two apartment building complex contains over 150 units

Access on these buildings were a challenge in some areas and the use of scaffolding was required. The fairly enclosed courtyard did not accommodate access for a man lift so scaffolding and ladders were used for most of the project. The scope of work included:

• Washing the buildings and apply an acidic wash to remove efflorescence from the brick siding

• Painting of the cementitious board and batten siding

• Paint the entry doors and all wood trim
