Brimley Mews

This 81 unit residential strata townhouse complex is located in Port Coquitlam

We used a mix of man lifts and ladders to access all areas of the buildings. The enclosed and elevated courtyard limited our use of heavy equipment. The scope of the project included:

• Washing the siding and trim and pre-treating areas with mold, algae and mildew with an environmentally safe cleaning solution

• Painting all wood fascia trim, belly boards and elbows

• Wood repairs on select trim and roofline fascia boards
