Fremont Lot 6

Located in Port Coquitlam steps away from Pitt River, this three story townhouse community is the largest of the Fremont lots and contains 116 units spread over 14 buildings. 

This complex had the challenge of working around the beautiful and lush vegetation. The scope of the project included:

• Washing of surfaces and scraping of failed coatings

• Repainting of wood fascia boards, window trim, board and batten siding and peak fascia boards.
