Fremont Indigo

Located in Port Coquitlam steps away from Pitt River, this three story townhouse community is one of many complexes in the Fremont development.

Like most of the complexes in this area, vegetation in close proximity to buildings posed quite the challenge. Scope of the project included: 

• A full wash of buildings and scraping and spot priming bare and peeling areas

• Repainting of all wood trim, pillars, cementitious siding and all privacy and perimeter fencing

• Trim, pillar and fence repairs
