These two 104 unit residential/commercial mix strata midrise buildings are located in Sechelt

Due to the height and location of these buildings, the entire project was done from bosun chairs (rope work).

• Grind off existing membrane and apply a new traffic grade, polyurethane coating to eyebrows and balcony edges.

• Route and patch vertical crack on the buildings exterior envelope.

• Remove and replace exposed gumlip sealants on balconies and perimeter parapet walls.
