This 157 unit residential strata townhouse complex is located in Maple Ridge

Access was tricky above some of the owner installed canopies, however, with skill and proper safety measures in place, we were able to renew this complex to its former glory.

• Prepping all surfaces to remove loose and peeling coatings.

• Painting all wood fascia trim, belly boards, batten trim, pillars and entry doors and frames.

• Wood repairs on select trim and caulking renewal where required.
