Civic Facility

The Civic Centre in downtown Langley is a retail, office and public mix building and the home of the Mayor’s office.

The mixed facility is home to retail shops, service businesses and government organizations. Many of the businesses were open 7 days a week so we had to take extra care while working around pedestrians throughout the entire project. The scope of work included: 

• Washing and painting of the horizontal slat and concrete siding

• Priming and painting of the stairwell handrails, structural awning and bus stop metal 

• Painting the retaining walls and stairwell walls throughout the parkade
