Cobalt Sky

A picturesque 95 unit townhouse complex located in the hills of Port Moody.

This beautiful and well kept complex included some steep and narrow access which required the use of scaffolding and man lifts. Our highly skilled crew was able to safely complete this project on time. The scope of this project included:

• Washing the buildings and pre-treating the mildew and algae with an environmentally safe cleaning solution

• Staining of the natural wood beams and woodwork

• Painting of the wood trim, board and batten siding, wood shakes, entry doors, garage doors and soffit trim

• Performing wood repairs where required
