One of the main challenges working in an industrial or commercial complex is reducing the disturbance and downtime for the operating businesses. Scheduling and a well executed plan allowed our crew to complete the work with minimal inconvenience for the business owners and no downtime! The scope of the project included:

• Full priming of all concrete surfaces and application of a high build coating system. 

• Renewal of failed sealants/caulking and concrete repairs

• Preparation and painting of metal surfaces including awnings, overhead doors, utility doors and flashings
