Lilac Green

This quiet 35 unit strata complex located in surrey included painting of all units and the amenity building.

We worked closely with the property manager, paint inspector and strata council to fully restore this 35 year old complex. The scope of the project included:

• Scraping, sanding and priming the siding and performing wood repairs on the trim and siding.

• Using an industrial enamel to paint the metal downspouts and gutters.

• Applying a hybrid stain on the wood trim, stucco and siding. Areas with failed caulking were re-caulked with an elastomeric sealant.
