Walnut Grove Community Centre

This local community centre houses a pool, multiple gyms, fitness centre and library and is the heart of the community in Walnut Grove 

Navigating man lifts around the pool deck was a challenge requiring careful navigation. Due to the humid environment, special, high build and urethane coatings were used to ensure durability and maximum life span. The scope of the project included:

• Grinding down heavily rusted railings, doors, plates and other metal components.

• Full priming and coating metal surfaces with a urethane enamel.

• Preparation and painting of hallway and lobby stucco walls, metal window frames and ceilings.
