A unique townhouse complex nestled in the heart of Fairview Vancouver

This intricately designed townhouse complex required attention to detail due to its many different components and access challenges. Scope of the project included:

• Washing, scraping of failed coatings and caulking renewal.

• Painting of all trim, utility doors, balcony doors, siding, railings and staircases.

• Targeted wood and stucco repairs were required on rotted and damaged areas.
